When should my order arrive?
Usually, from the day your order ships, you can expect to be showing off your new products in around 10-15 business days. It's important to note that in some countries, you may need to allow an additional 4-5 days for your local customs. If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days, please let us know.
How much is shipping and delivery?
The shipping cost based on order total, weight and destination. Put your items in the shopping cart and the costs will be calculated automatically during checkout. Once you've provided the delivery address you can choose a shipping method and detailed information will be shown.
Which shipping methods I can choose?
We can ship via Registered Airmail or Registered Parcel, both options are traceable and require a signature on delivery.
Where will my order be sent from?
We ship from our warehouse in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Who will deliver my order?
We rely on a network of external shipping partners around the world and local postal services including USPS, DHL, ... to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.
How will my order be packaged?
The packaging is very sturdy and designed to protect your order on its way to you, and we do not send any invoices or payment information with orders.
How long will it take to process my order?
We process your order immediately and usually your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
How can I track my package?
We will send you a unique tracking number once your package has been dispatched. You can then follow your parcel’s progress via Vietnam Post’s Tracking Service or, once your parcel has arrived in your country, via your local postal services.
The tracking information hasn't been updated, is the package stuck?
This is most likely because the local postal service does not update their information frequently. If, however, you do not receive your package after 4 weeks, please let us know and we will be happy to re-ship your package.
